ID Radio is a two-minute module that is fully loaded with interviews and insights from today’s most influential authors, musicians, artists, and creative minds. Now playing on over 80 non-commercial stations nationally, this latest innovation from OSN features a roster of talent that celebrates the best in art, cinema, music, cuisine, and publishing. Each episode explores the lives of visionary artists in an intimate, behind-the-scenes setting, featuring rare and unpredictable exchanges that reveal their life’s work and inspirations. Featured programs in the initial launch include interviews with authors Gretchen Rubin (Happier at Home), David Baldacci (The Forgotten), Michael Connelly (The Black Box), Deepak Chopra (Super Brain), and Dr. Andrew Weil (Spontaneous Happiness). A key element of OSN’s service to stations is developing and providing access to premiums, CDs and books packaged in a recyclable bag featuring the highlighted authors, musicians, and artists. ID Radio’s two-minute modules will be available for weekdays in one-month blocks to support station scheduling efforts. Stations can utilize the modules between programs, as well as within their own magazine shows and local programs. OSN provides this series to affiliates at no cost.
